For seven weeks, EISODE becomes Radio Vestige – a pirate laboratory filled with transmitters and receivers where Martín Rodríguez explores the potentials that radio holds in terms of affect, embodiment and temporality. This project invite us to feel the waves and perceive their resonances through fully experienced space and time.

La création de cette œuvre a été rendue possible grâce à l’appui financier du Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec.
Martín Rodríguez est un artiste sonore qui explore la radio comme médium de transformation. Il utilise la performance, l’intervention et l’installation pour déceler les histoires et les identités sonores entrelacées. Ses œuvres s’intéressent à l’incarnation des ondes radioélectriques et au son en tant que vaisseau de transmission affective.
Son travail a notamment été présenté au Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, au Museo Universitario Arte Contemporáneo au Mexique, à la Fonderie Darling à Montréal et au Walking Festival of Sound et Spektrum en Allemagne. Martín termine présentement sa maîtrise en Intermedia à l'Université Concordia.
